Professional Background
Tony Randazzo is a licensed investigator and Co-Owner of Investigative Solutions and Resources. He has more than 30 years of experience. His work includes surveillance, skip tracing, background investigations, infidelity investigations, fraud investigations, criminal and civil investigations, workers' compensation investigations, and asset searches.

Law Enforcement Experience
Tony started his investigative career in law enforcement, where he worked on gang and drug investigations as well as cases involving burglary, robbery, theft, and homicide. He was assigned to a federal task force that focused on violent criminals involved in gun trafficking and violent crime. He received numerous honors in recognition of his achievements and dedication.

Collaboration with USPS
Tony worked with the United States Postal Service (USPS) on workers' compensation investigations, helping identify fraudulent claims and saving the agency millions of dollars.

As Co-Owner of Investigative Solutions and Resources, Tony ensures that each case is handled with precision and dedication. He is also an active member of the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators (PAWLI), reflecting his commitment to maintaining high industry standards and staying up-to-date with the latest investigative techniques and best practices.

Tim Bandt

Professional Background
Tim Bandt is the co-owner of Investigative Solutions and Resources. He has over 25 years of experience in law enforcement and criminal investigations. Before this, Tim retired from the Milwaukee Police Department, where he served in many roles, including in the Gang Intelligence Unit. His work ranged from gang-related cases to homicides, robberies, shootings, and other violent crimes.

Expertise and Achievements
Tim spent much of his career investigating gang and drug trafficking organizations. He collaborated with law enforcement agencies across southeast Wisconsin on complex cases. His work in gang-related investigations and violent crime earned him Meritorious Arrest Awards for solving high-profile cases.

Current Role
As a seasoned investigator, Tim runs Investigative Solutions and Resources as co-owner, bringing the experience he gained in law enforcement to his work. He spends his time helping clients with investigations and consulting. For Tim, it’s a way to keep contributing to the safety of his community.
